Why we built this
Choosing where to train is one of the most important decisions a junior doctor makes — yet the information available is scattered, hard to interpret, or simply doesn't exist.
The GMC publishes National Training Survey scores every year, but the data is buried in PDFs or spreadsheets that take hours to navigate. Word-of-mouth fills the gap, but not everyone has the right connections.
We wanted to change that. Resident Doctor brings GMC data, peer reviews, and a personal rotation tracker together in one place — free, forever.
