Cons
Reg rota for acute medicine is all long shifts (13 hours).
Weekend AMU shifts can be very busy due to a very large acute med ward - but this definitely varies week to week.
Patient population can sometimes be demanding and expect private level care.
Hospital politics/managing personalities more common for the medical registrar on-call!
Not very well connected with public transport - 20 min walk from all nearest tube stations
